Shipping Policy – Shoppy Birdy

At Shoppy Birdy, we believe it's important that you know exactly what to expect. Below, you'll find everything about how we process and ship your order.

1. Processing your order

As soon as you place an order, we will start working on it within 1–3 business days.
You will always receive an email once your package has been shipped — including (if available) a track & trace link.

2. Delivery time

We work with various suppliers, which means the delivery time can sometimes vary per product.

Delivery time for the Netherlands is normally between 7–14 business days. Unless a different delivery time is stated with the product.

During busy periods (such as holidays), it may sometimes take a little longer, but we do our best to get everything to your home as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping costs

Good news:
Within the Netherlands, you pay no shipping costs at all at Shoppy Birdy!

4. Multiple packages?

Are you ordering multiple items?
Then it may happen that your order is shipped in multiple packages. This way, you often receive certain products sooner.
No worries — this won't cost you anything extra.

5. Address check

Always double-check if your address is correct before paying.
An incorrect or incomplete address can unfortunately lead to delays or failed delivery.

6. Customs

As we currently only ship within the Netherlands, no customs fees apply.

7. Delayed or lost packages

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes a package can be delayed.

Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. After receiving your order, you have a 14-day return period. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of return after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact us first. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
